VgAir is an automated playout tool based on a VgCast engine. Simple and flexible user interface enables to create and manage playlists, assign and edit event’s metadata, set VgEdit templates as secondary events linked to main items and fill templates with playlist data. It supports a wide range of video file formats (MOV, AVI, MXF etc) and codecs (H.264, MPEG-4, IMX, ProRes, DVCPROHD, XDCAM, HDV etc). Tight integration with VgEdit graphics templates enables to display complex graphics for playlist items, including live data source, such as RSS feeds, weather info and so on.
